A health is very important to everyone to continue their's life without any pain. There are many ways to get the healthy lifestyle. Firstly ,Do the exercise three times a week ,because if we do the exercise it can burn excess fat , avoid the obesity and many more. Secondly , if we want a healthy lifestyle ,we should avoid the food that high cholesterol ,the food that high cholesterol such as fried chicken , burger, carbonate drink and so on. To avoid the cholesterol ,we must take more vegetables , fruit, ,protein than taking food that had high cholesterol.Thirdly , we must drink eight glasses of water a day to get oxygen, so that , it can care our metabolism in our body . Water is important ,without water we cannot live ,we will get sick. Fourthly , enough sleep is also one way to have a healthy lifestyle. Headache , stress , tired and get insomnia ,this is the effect if we not have enough sleep. Fifthly , if we are sick , immediately see a doctor and follow the doctor's advice. We should see the doctor twice a year to make sure that we are not sick. At the conclusion , we must follow the pyramid food to maintain our health and avoid the disease.
